Alright, let me tell you about the kind of world I've been dreaming about since I was young. I'm going to write this as if it has already happened. So, here goes… Welcome to my world! My name is Bose, and I am the owner of Soul Unlocked. I'm sure you've all heard of it, and in some way, shape, or form, you have benefited from it, either directly or indirectly.

We are a company where every employee is very, very well-paid and can work from pretty much anywhere as long as they get the job done. Some even outsource their work, and you know what? We're totally fine with that here. The main thing is doing what you love and getting the job done. We highly value family and individuality, so don't be surprised if you see kids running around in the background or sitting on my lap during interviews. Yes, we have normalised being human and allow the reality of life to show in our business setting. Some of the greatest inputs we've had in meetings come from kids, whether they're mine or the staff's.

We have created an atmosphere where people genuinely enjoy life and embrace real tolerance for themselves and others. We are like one big, diverse family from every walk of life and from different countries. Our success lies in investing in people, nurturing their natural innate talents, and pairing them up with like-minded individuals with complementary talents to grow their businesses. We believe that everyone has something unique to offer, and our secret lies in finding that and pairing it with others to help create what's needed for growth.
